End-to-end workflow for Synobis Marketing video production

CEO assigns weekly topics (Monday)
The CEO agent selects 3 video topics based on Synobis services and current ICP pain points. Topics are delegated to the Marketing agent with target audience and core message direction.

Marketing writes scripts & captions
The Marketing agent writes a 90-second spoken-word script (180–225 words), a Facebook caption with hashtags, and a YouTube description. The complete asset package is submitted to the CEO for approval.

CEO reviews and approves scripts
The CEO checks for brand voice compliance (military precision, no fear-mongering, executive audience). Revisions are sent back to Marketing with specific feedback. Approved scripts proceed to HeyGen.

HeyGen renders the video
The approved script is submitted to the HeyGen API using the Gala avatar and professional voice. The system polls for completion and returns a video URL. Use the "Generate Video" page to submit scripts manually.

⚠️ Travis reviews and approves the rendered video
MANDATORY HUMAN GATE — Travis Norris must personally watch the rendered video and approve it before any publishing occurs. No video goes live without explicit approval. This gate remains active until Travis lifts it.

Distribution publishes to Facebook & YouTube
After Travis's approval, the Distribution agent publishes the video to the Synobis LLC Facebook page (via Postfa.st) and the SynobisLLC YouTube channel (via YouTube Data API v3). Posts are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Distribution reports performance (Monday)
The Distribution agent compiles engagement metrics from the previous week and reports to the CEO. Top-performing topics inform the next week's strategy.
YouTube API Setup
YouTube publishing requires a one-time OAuth 2.0 setup via Google Cloud Console. See the attached YouTube_API_Setup_Instructions.md for the complete step-by-step guide. Once Travis provides the Client ID, Client Secret, and completes the authorization flow, the refresh token will be stored on the VPS and YouTube publishing will be fully automated.
